目的:探讨新疆和田地区维吾尔族自然人群血脂水平与肱-踝脉搏波速度、踝臂指数的关系。方法:采用整群抽样方法进行调查,有效样本量2366例。记录一般情况,测定相关生化指标及踝臂指数、肱-踝脉搏波速度,分析不同年龄不同性别人群血脂异常情况与踝臂指数、肱-踝脉搏波速度的关系。结果:踝臂指数、肱-踝脉搏波速度、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇在不同年龄组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),在性别上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肱-踝脉搏波速度与总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈正相关,踝臂指数与血脂代谢异常无相关性。结论:年龄为踝臂指数、肱-踝脉搏波速度主要危险因素,血脂紊乱影响动脉顺应性降低,使肱-踝脉搏波速度值增高。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between blood lipid levels and the pulse wave velocity and ankle-brachial index in the Uygur population in the Hetian area of Xinjiang. Methods: A cluster sampling method was used to investigate the effective sample size of 2366 cases. The general conditions were recorded, relevant biochemical indicators, ankle-brachial index, and zygomatic-temporal pulse wave velocity were measured. The relationship between dyslipidemia and the ankle-brachial index and hernia-iliac pulse wave velocity in different age groups was analyzed. Results: Ankle brachial index, brachial-temporal pulse wave velocity, triacylglycerol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were statistically different in different age groups (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in gender (P>0.05). ). The 肱-踝 pulse wave velocity was positively correlated with total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and there was no correlation between ankle-arm index and abnormal blood lipid metabolism. Conclusion: Age is the main risk factor for ankle-brachial index and hernia-temporal pulse wave velocity. Lipid disorders affect the reduction of arterial compliance and increase the velocity of hernia-temporal pulse wave.
