在抽汲作业中,为了防止加重杆顶碰井口,需要有人专门在井口看钢丝绳的记号。记号一出井口,工人就打手势,让司钻减速刹车。这种做法很不可靠,在钢丝绳上糊满原油和夜间作业照明不良时,辨认记号尤其困难,稍不注意就发生事故。司钻为了安全起见,有时不得不在加重杆远没有接近井口时,就提前减慢抽汲速度,既影响工效,又不利于取准井下资料。
In the pumping operation, in order to prevent the heavy rod to touch the well head, someone needs to look at the well head to mark the wire rope. As soon as the sign goes wellhead, the worker gestures to slow down the driller. This practice is unreliable. When the wire rope is filled with crude oil and lighting is poor during nighttime work, it is particularly difficult to identify the markings and to accidentally ignore it. For the sake of safety, the driller sometimes had to slow down the pumping speed earlier when the aggrandizement rod was far away from the wellhead, which not only affected the work efficiency but also did not favor the accurate data.
