目的探讨护理人员健康促进生活方式与自我效能感的关系。方法采用分层随机抽样法,抽取360名护理人员为调查对象,采用《健康促进生活方式量表-Ⅱ》(HPLP-Ⅱ)和《一般自我效能感量表》(GSES)对调查对象进行测评。结果护理人员HPLP-Ⅱ总分为67.0~194.0(110.8±19.8)分,各维度得分从高到低依次为:人际关系13.0~33.0(21.6±3.7)分、营养11.0~35.0(20.4±3.9)分、自我实现9.0~36.0(20.2±4.4)分、健康责任10.0~31.0(18.0±3.9)分、压力管理9.0~32.0(16.6±3.9)分、运动锻炼8.0~32.0(14.1±4.2)分。护理人员GSES总分为10.0~40.0(22.0±5.2)分,自我效能感水平处于中低水平者共占92.8%(334/360)。护理人员GSES总分与HPLP-Ⅱ总分及其人际关系、营养、自我实现、健康责任、压力管理和运动锻炼维度得分均呈正相关(相关系数分别为0.501、0.420、0.429、0.469、0.381、0.429、0.354,P<0.05)。结论护理人员的自我效能感与健康促进生活方式呈正相关,可通过提高护理人员的自我效能感水平来促使其健康促进生活方式的形成。
Objective To explore the relationship between nursing staff’s health promotion lifestyle and self-efficacy. Methods By stratified random sampling method, 360 nurses were selected as the survey subjects, and the subjects were evaluated using “HPLP-II” and “General Self-Efficacy Scale” (GSES) . Results The scores of HPLP-Ⅱ in nursing staff were 67.0-194.0 (110.8 ± 19.8) points in descending order. The scores of descending order of each dimension were: interpersonal relationship 13.0-33.0 (21.6 ± 3.7), nutrition 11.0-35.0 (20.4 ± 3.9) , 9.0 ~ 36.0 (20.2 ± 4.4) for self-actualization, 10.0 ~ 31.0 (18.0 ± 3.9) for healthy responsibility, 9.0 ~ 32.0 (16.6 ± 3.9) for stress management and 8.0 ~ 32.0 (14.1 ± 4.2) for exercise training. The GSES score of nursing staff was 10.0 ~ 40.0 (22.0 ± 5.2), 92.8% (334/360) of total self-efficacy level was at low level. The GSES total score of nursing staff was positively correlated with HPLP-II total score and scores of their interpersonal relationship, nutrition, self-actualization, health responsibility, stress management and sports exercise dimensions (correlation coefficients were 0.501,0.420,0.429,0.469,0.381,0.429 , 0.354, P <0.05). Conclusion Nurses’ self-efficacy and health promotion life style are positively correlated, which can promote the formation of healthy life style by improving nursing staff’s self-efficacy.
