目的:探讨机器人微创治疗胰头部实性假乳头肿瘤的价值。方法:分析2010年12月至2014年11月我院开展的达芬奇机器人系统微创治疗胰头部实性假乳头肿瘤12例。结果:3例行胰头肿块剜除术,5例行保留十二指肠胰头切除术,4例行胰十二指肠切除术(其中1例中转开腹)。结论:达芬奇机器人系统治疗胰头部实性假乳头肿瘤安全可行,适当选择手术方式能最大程度保留正常脏器功能。
Objective: To investigate the value of robotic minimally invasive treatment of solid pseudopapillary tumors of the head of the pancreas. Methods: From December 2010 to November 2014, 12 patients with solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas head treated by minimally invasive treatment of da Vinci robot system in our hospital were analyzed. Results: Three cases underwent resection of pancreatic head mass, five cases reserved duodenal resection, and four cases underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy (among them, 1 case was converted to open surgery). Conclusion: Leonardo da Vinci robotic system is safe and feasible for the treatment of solid tumors of the head of the pancreas. Choosing the proper operation mode can keep the functions of normal organs to the maximum extent.
