新修订的《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》(以下简称《干部任用条例》)是我们党选人用人工作的基本遵循和根本大法。学习贯彻《干部任用条例》,首先要把握和坚持条例规定的七条原则。这七条原则可分为根本原则、基本原则和工作原则三个层次,统一于培养选拔党和人民需要的好干部这一目标,贯穿条例始终,是党政领导干部选拔任用工作的指导思想和基本方针。一、根本原则是党管干部《干部任用条例》七条原则中第一条就是“党管干部”原则,这是干部工作的首要原则,也是党执政最重要的原则。我们党90多年来由小变大、由弱变强,赢得一个又一个胜
The newly revised “Regulations on the Appointment and Appointment of Party and Government Leading Cadres” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations on the Appointment of Officials and Cadres”) are the basic followings and fundamental laws for the employment of our party candidates. To study and implement the Regulations on the appointment of cadres, we must first of all grasp and uphold the seven principles stipulated in the ordinance. These seven principles can be divided into the following three basic principles: basic principles and working principles; and the goal of training well-qualified cadres required by the selection of the party and the people should be uniformed. Throughout the regulations, it is the guiding ideology and basic guiding principle for selecting and appointing leading cadres policy. First, the fundamental principle is that the first of the seven principles governing the appointment of cadres by the party management cadres is the principle of “cadre management”, which is the first principle of cadre work and the most important principle of the party’s administration.
