日本三菱 MWH-13AS、MWH-35EB 窗式空调器,具有制冷制热功能,在我国有一定的拥有量,其常见故障主要有以下四个方面:1.压缩机排气压力下降现象:接通电源,风机、压缩机运转正常,但冷量不足。原因分析:这种情况与制冷剂泄漏、堵塞(空调机管路堵塞的可能性极少),压缩机排气压力下降,四通阀气密性不良所表现的现象类似。查找原因步骤:(1)割开工艺管,见有大量的制冷剂喷出,证明制冷剂无泄漏。(2)焊开排气管,接通电源,压缩机运转,用手指按压住压缩机的排气管,手感没有多大压力(压缩机正常时,用手指是按压不住的。当然,用压力表测量就更加准确),证明压缩机排气压力下降。处理方法:检修或更换压缩机。
