本文通过对原有中空成型注塑机塑管厚度控制器(以下简称中空机塑管控制器)的结构及工作原理的分析,指出了原控制器存在的问题和不足,设计了中空机塑管微机控制器的硬件系统.配合原有之中空成型注塑机动作过程,挤压出理想厚度分布的塑管.符合现代中空成型制品提高品质,节省原料,降低成本的要求,经实践验证,其性能优于原控制器.
This paper analyzes the structure and working principle of the plastic pipe thickness controller (hereinafter referred to as the hollow plastic pipe controller) of the existing hollow molding injection molding machine, points out the problems and deficiencies of the original controller, and designs the hollow plastic pipe microcomputer Controller’s hardware system.
