本省宣传贯彻婚姻法工作,已获得显著成绩。多数地方达到了家喻户晓,部分地区深入了人心。广大干部与群众进一步懂得了婚姻政策,认识了封建婚姻制度的严重罪恶及新民主主义婚姻制度的优越性。经过这次运动,使封建婚姻制度受到了一次较普遍而严重的打击,给今后贯彻婚姻法奠定了良好基础。但由于运动开展不平衡,尚有不少宣传不深入的地方,和八九○个乡未开展运动的空白地区,加之贯彻婚姻法又是一个长期艰巨的教育工作,不可能在这一次运动中解决所有问题。因此必须防止盲目乐观或「运动结束万事大吉」的松劲麻痹思想,仍应继续坚持宣传教育方
