本文采用放射免疫法，对61例急性脑血管病病人血浆内内皮素含量进行测定。结果发现脑梗塞、脑出血与蛛网膜下腔出血病人急性期均较对照组含量明显增高（P＜0．01）。恢复期，随病情好转其含量降低（P＜0．01）。并就内皮素含量增高的原因及临床意义进行探讨。
In this paper, radioimmunoassay, 61 cases of acute cerebrovascular disease plasma endothelin levels were determined. The results showed that cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage in patients with acute phase were significantly higher than the control group (P <0.01). Convalescence, with the condition improved its content decreased (P <0.01). And to explore the reasons for increasing the content of endothelin and clinical significance.
