本研究利用~(60)Coγ射线对竹制品中的竹绿虎天牛老熟幼虫进行辐照处理,并测定其化蛹率和羽化率,观察蛹、成虫的发育情况。试验结果表明:辐照处理能使竹绿虎天牛幼虫发育迟缓;100%阻止幼虫化蛹和羽化的最低吸收剂量为60Gy;通过数据分析,推算出辐照处理后99.9968%阻止幼虫羽化的最低吸收剂量为85.7 Gy,其95%置信区间为72.7 Gy~113.0 Gy。因此,86 Gy可作为竹制品中竹绿虎天牛的辐照检疫处理推荐剂量。
In the present study, larvae of Acanthoeolite larvae were irradiated by ~ (60) Coγ-ray and their pupation rate and emergence rate were measured. The development of pupae and adults was observed. The results showed that irradiation treatment could delay the development of larvae of P.japonicus, and the minimum absorbed dose of 60Gy for 100% inhibition of larval pupation and eclosion was calculated. By data analysis, it was estimated that the emergence of 99.9968% after irradiation prevented the emergence of larvae the lowest The absorbed dose was 85.7 Gy with a 95% confidence interval of 72.7 Gy to 113.0 Gy. Therefore, 86 Gy can be used as the radiation dose for the treatment of Radix Aconitum in bamboo products.
