The Chinese youth cadre institutions that are born in conformity with the needs of the times have encountered severe challenges in today’s deepening education reform. Faced with the challenges posed by the strength of ordinary colleges and universities, privately-run institutions and foreign educational institutions, young cadre colleges and universities must both look To their own weaknesses, but also to recognize their own advantages, we should explore a suitable youth cadres and institutions of the road to survival and development.
