Professor Huang Jubo (1930-2002) has been engaged in financial work and financial and economic research since the 1950s, witnessing and participating in the economic development and institutional evolution of China’s socialism. Recently, the “Huang Ju Bo” collection was published by Wang Bing, former vice-chairman of the NPC Standing Committee and former State Council member of the State Council and former head of the Ministry of Finance. The essay consists of three volumes. The first volume contains 56 articles on Professor Huang Jubo’s academic papers in the fields of financial, economic management and reform, and presents the author’s academic contribution in economic theory, economic mechanism, macro-control, fiscal theory and fiscal policy.
