长期以来,在我国工程建设领域中,存在着技术与经济相分离的弊端,这对工程施工阶段的工程成本控制极为不利。笔者通过具体的工程实例,阐述了技术与经济相结合是控制工程成本费用最有效的手段;只有从组织和技术等多方面采取主动、积极的方法,并把控制工程成本费用的观念渗透到各项施工技术措施中,才能有预见性地、有效地控制成本。
