目前,我国职业教育发展迅速,高职院校担负着为整个社会经济建设培养高素质技能型人才和专业技能强的劳动者的重任,因此提高职业院校教学质量的重要环节就是教师素质的提高,尤其是双师型教师队伍的建设,更是影响学校发展的因素之一。建设一个高素质、合理结构的“双师型”教师体系是我国所有高职院校的根本任务。本文对高职院校如何建立一个高素质、合理结构的“双师型”教师体系进行了分析论述,对高职院校是队伍建设有一定的借鉴意义。
