四川绵阳养路段自去年学习山西昔阳县干部参加劳动生产以后,认真总结了过去段上开会多、劳动少、下不去、生产上问题多的教训,结合养路工作的具体情况,实行了干部“五下班”,即政治思想工作下班,送小型工具下班,送工资及审核报销下班、审核统计报表、计划下班。
