我院药剂科现有职工46人,占全院总数约11%,其中主管药师4人,药师6人,药士5人.全科分为制剂组、中药房、西药房、中、西药库五个工作小组,担负着全院药品采购供应,配方发药,制剂生产等任务.几年来,在院长领导下,通过全体职工的努力,以保证药品质量为宗旨,狠抓制剂生产,开展临床合理用药研究,创造了较好的社会效益和经济效益,现将工作情况简介如下.
