供电企业为国民经济的发展提供了源源不断的动力,是经济发展的重要的保障,企业员工的道德素质的高低对于供电企业的发展具有十分重要的意义,因此,在供电企业在发展的过程中,要加强员工的思想道德建设,提高员工的综合素养,更好的促进供电企业的发展。本文主要从加强员工思想道德教育的重要性入手,通过对目前供电企业员工思想道德教育存在的问题进行分析,来探讨加强供电企业员工思想道德教育工作的新思路。
Power supply enterprises provide a steady stream of power for the development of national economy and an important guarantee for economic development. The quality of employees’ moral qualities is of great significance for the development of power supply enterprises. Therefore, in the process of the development of power supply enterprises , We must strengthen staff’s ideological and moral construction, improve the overall quality of employees, and better promote the development of power supply enterprises. This paper starts with the importance of strengthening ideological and moral education for employees, and analyzes the existing problems in current ideological and moral education for employees in power supply enterprises to explore new ideas for strengthening ideological and moral education among employees in power supply enterprises.
