1988年,平乐县水泥厂把企业改革引向深入,实行优化劳动组合,进一步调动了职工的生产积极性。去年生产水泥2.48万吨,完成产值142.94万元,实现利润100.12万元,上缴税金41.07万元,分别比上年增长14.52%、217.94%和153.52%。其中利润比过去四年总和50.77万元还多97.2%,等于承包基数30万元的3倍多。今年1至2月,在电力紧张,供应极不正常的情况下,全厂产品质量比去年同期提高10%,实现利润11.15万元,增长31.57%。该厂的主要经验和做法是:
