1978～1985年我院共收治有机磷农药中毒者33例。其中应用换血疗法12例,现就其疗效、适应症等问题作如下探讨。 临床资料 一、一般资料,本组12例,男5例,女7例。年龄在12～54岁之间。病程最长32天,最短4天。12例均经口服重度中毒(服1605 2例;1059 1例;乐果1例;DDV8例)。昏迷8例,惊厥2例,呼吸衰竭5例,心跳呼吸停止1例,合并气胸1例。
From 1978 to 1985, 33 cases of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were treated in our hospital. Application of transfusion therapy in 12 cases, are on its efficacy, indications and other issues for the following discussion. Clinical data First, the general information, the group of 12 patients, 5 males and 7 females. The age of 12 to 54 years old. Duration of up to 32 days, the shortest 4 days. 12 cases were severe oral poisoning (serving 1605 2 cases; 1059 1 cases; dimethoate 1 cases; DDV 8 cases). 8 cases of coma, convulsions in 2 cases, respiratory failure in 5 cases, 1 case of cardiac arrest, pneumothorax in 1 case.
