中国指数研究院发布数据显示,8月份全国土地出让金排名前二十城市成交总额为2378.5亿元,同比增加146%,上榜门槛较去年同期提高22亿元,除广州外全部同比上涨。深圳成交310亿元总价地王(含11宗地块),以386.3亿元领跑全国,月度出让金创历史新高;上海成交热潮持续,收金382.4亿元紧随其后,为近35个月最高值。二线城市热度由南京、苏州向天津、郑州、厦门、合肥等城市蔓延,同比涨幅均显著。
