全国各大专院校内,聘请外籍教师担任校内教学工作已经成为一项常规工作,外籍教师的管理是院校外事管理部门的主要工作范畴。如何聘请到优秀有用的外籍教师,如何对外籍教师进行有效的管理,如何能够充分发挥引智作用,伴随着聘外工作的不断扩大与发展,这些问题也成为外事管理部门越来越关注的问题。本文是以常州工程职业技术学院开展外籍教师聘用及管理多年来的实际情况为基础,总结归纳了一些外籍教师聘用及管理规范实施的心得。
It has become a routine for all tertiary institutions in China to employ foreign teachers as in-school teaching. The management of foreign teachers is the major area of work for foreign affairs administrations of institutions of higher learning. How to employ excellent and useful foreign teachers, how to effectively manage foreign teachers and how to give full play to their role of attracting talents, along with the continuous expansion and development of employment abroad, have also become issues of increasing concern to foreign affairs administrations . This article is based on the actual situation of foreign teachers employed and managed by Changzhou Institute of Engineering Technology for many years, and summarizes the experience of employing and managing some foreign teachers.
