通过采用放射免疫分析 (RIA)和乳酸分析等方法 ,对 2 0名优秀运动员的实验研究 ,探讨人体心肺机能达到第二拐点时 ,血中环 -磷酸腺苷 (cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷 (cGMP)、乳酸水平、以及吸氧量 (绝对值和相对值 )、氧脉博等指标的变化 ,以初步揭示人体机能第二拐点与某些生理生化指标的关系 .实验结果表明 :人体机能达第二拐点时 ,以上指标各参数值均明显高于运动起始时刻的数值 (P <0 0 0 1) .此刻人体所承受的生理负荷强度已达到无氧阈平均水平以上 ,机体已由有氧供能为主过渡到无氧代谢占优势
By means of radioimmunoassay (RIA) and lactic acid analysis, the experiment of twenty elite athletes was conducted to investigate the relationship between cAMP and cGMP ), Lactate level, changes in oxygen uptake (absolute value and relative value) and oxygen pulse index to reveal the relationship between the second inflection point of human body function and some physiological and biochemical indexes.
