知识经济作为21世纪经济的新形态,是我国经济发展所必须经历的阶段。正确认识到知识经济的特点及发展趋势,结合我国自身实际,通过调整产业结构,大力发展教育,培养创新型人才,发挥技术创新在知识经济中的核心作用,通过完善知识产权保护的法律体系,加强对知识产权的保护,使知识经济成分在我国经济中的占比不断提升,加快知识经济向其他经济成分渗透的速度,使得知识经济成为推动我国经济增长的中坚力量。如何把握经济转型过程中的发展机会,怎样制定高效的政策措施来更好地发展知识经济是当前中国解决经济增长缺乏推动力这一问题的关键。
As a new form of economy in the 21st century, knowledge economy is the stage that must be experienced in the economic development of our country. Correctly recognize the characteristics and development trend of knowledge-based economy, combine our own actual conditions, adjust the industrial structure, vigorously develop education, cultivate innovative talents, give full play to the core role of technological innovation in the knowledge-based economy, improve the legal system of intellectual property protection, To strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights so that the proportion of knowledge economy components in our economy continues to increase and speed up the penetration of knowledge economy into other economic components make the knowledge economy a key force in promoting China’s economic growth.
