Objective: To investigate the effect of SP on the growth of tumor cell lines HL60 and L61 5. METHODS: SP cells were co-incubated with two tumor cells. The viability of the cells was observed by viable cell count and MTT assay. The effect of the molecule was also investigated by electron microscopy, flow cytometry analysis, G-protein activity and PKC activity assay Finally, animal experiments in vivo were used to verify the SP-treated cells
