社会主义市场经济体制的建立是一项包括经济增长、制度文明、人的全面发展的宏伟复杂的社会系统工程。这一工程的实施和目标的实现,必然要求作用于它的主体具有与之相适应的主体素质,而主体意识正是现代人的主体素质建构的一项主要指标。因此,在新形势下建立一个什么样的主体意识,思想政治工作如何适应市场经济对人的主体素质的新要求,就成为当前一个十分重要的理论和实践问题。
The establishment of the socialist market economic system is a grand and complex social system project that includes economic growth, institutional civilization and the all-round development of people. The implementation of this project and the realization of the goal inevitably require that the subject that acts on it has the subject quality that is compatible with it, while the subject consciousness is just a major indicator of the subjective quality of modern people. Therefore, it is now a very important theoretical and practical issue to establish what kind of subjective consciousness under the new situation and how ideological and political work should meet the new requirements of the market economy for the quality of human beings.
