目的观察天然植物蜈蚣草对大鼠的排砷效果。方法大鼠50只,随机分成对照组、模型组、阳性对照组及蜈蚣草低、高剂量组,每组10只;除对照组外,各组动物每天腹腔注射亚砷酸钠溶液(2mg/kg),每周连续注射5d,共4周;蜈蚣草组连续6周给予含蜈蚣草饲料喂养,阳性对照组肌肉注射二巯基丙磺酸钠(DMPS),动态检测大鼠尿砷、血砷含量;停砷2周时取动物血测定血红蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT),剖检动物并计算脏器系数、骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核发生率。结果在染砷4周时,蜈蚣草高、低剂量组、模型组及DMPS组大鼠的尿砷含量分别为(6.06±0.61)、(3.45±0.79)、(2.48±0.27)、(6.63±0.68)mg/L,与模型组比较,高剂量蜈蚣草组大鼠尿砷含量明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其排砷作用与DMPS相近;各组大鼠血红蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮、ALT及肝、肾等脏器系数无明显改变;高剂量蜈蚣草对砷所致的大鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核发生率增高具有明显抑制作用。结论蜈蚣草制剂具有一定的排砷效果,42d连续喂养未发现其对大鼠机体有明显损害作用。
Objective To observe the arsenic-releasing effect of natural plant Pteris vittata on rats. Methods Fifty rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, positive control group and centipede grass low and high dose group, with 10 rats in each group. Except the control group, the rats in each group were given intraperitoneal injection of sodium arsenite solution (2mg / kg) for 5 days every week for 4 weeks. The centipedegrass group was fed with centipedegrass foraging for 6 weeks continuously. The positive control group was intramuscularly injected with sodium dimercaptopropane sulfonate (DMPS) The levels of hemoglobin, creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and aspartate aminotransferase (ALT) were determined at 2 weeks after arsenic was stopped. Animals were necropsied to calculate the organ coefficient and the incidence of micronuclei in bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes. Results At the 4th week of arsenic exposure, the urinary arsenic contents in the high, low, medium and DMPS groups were (6.06 ± 0.61), (3.45 ± 0.79), (2.48 ± 0.27) and (6.63 ± 0.68) mg / L, compared with the model group, the urinary arsenic content in the high-dose centipedelira group rats increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01) Creatinine, urea nitrogen, ALT and liver, kidney and other organ coefficients had no significant change; high-dose centipede grass on arsenic-induced rat bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus increased significantly inhibited. Conclusion Centipede grass preparations have a row of arsenic emission effects, 42d continuous feeding did not find significant damage to the body of rats.
