随着我国经济的快速发展,桥梁数量、总长迅速增加,而早期建成的荷载等级较低(汽-20级以下)的桥梁较多,随着公路交通量和单车荷载快速增长,致使公路桥梁中的危桥比例上升,桥梁加固维修规模越来越大,投资逐年增加。与新桥建设相比,桥梁加固维修还处于起步阶段,相应管理措施较弱,由于检测评定不准确、设计不合理、施工质量不合格等原因,有些桥梁加固效果不理想,甚至出现加固后桥梁承载力下降,导致拆除重建的极端案例。因此应改进桥梁检测、加固设计、加固施工的管理措施,使加固维修后的桥梁达到预期目标,适应现有交通水平,确保桥梁安全使用。
