采用粘接技术,在热压成型条件下,制备稀土超磁致伸缩复合材料。研究了成型工艺参数对材料粘接强度(抗压强度)的影响。结果表明,在一定的工艺条件下,其抗压强度值可达到 110 MPa,其研究结果为超磁致伸缩复合材料制备工艺参数的选择提供了依据。 Adopting the bonding technique, under the condition of hot pressing and forming, the rare earth giant magnetostrictive composite material is prepared. The effect of molding parameters on the bond strength (compressive strength) of the material was studied. The results show that under certain process conditions, the compressive strength value can reach 110 MPa. The research results provide the basis for the selection of process parameters for the preparation of Giant Magnetostrictive Composites.
