1976年Striebel报导用感染了棉鼠丝虫(Litomosoides carinii)和魏氏盖头丝虫(Dipetalonema Viteae)的长爪沙鼠进行了4—硝基—4′—异硫氰基二苯胺(即“7505”)对这两种丝虫的杀虫作用的观察。1977年我们利用周期型马来丝虫—长爪沙鼠模型进行了“7505”等数种药物对长爪沙鼠体内周期型马来丝虫的作用的观察,取得了很好的效果。1977年12月我们在独山县有关单位的协作下,对该药进行了临床试治。
