大源渡航电枢纽工程为世行贷款项目,按合同规定进行了投保。A标工程投保的险种有:工程一切险、第三方责任险、承包商责任险;保险期限由开工至竣工。1998年湘江大洪水,A标工程发生不可抗力的洪水灾害,损失很大,保险公司补偿605.5万元,说明水电工程保险的重要性和必要性。因此,施工承包者如何转移风险,怎样向保险公司投保,一旦发生自然灾害和意外事故时,得到保险金弥补损失是值得研究和探索的问题。
