目的掌握泰州市医用诊断X射线放射防护现状,为改进放射诊疗监管措施提供依据。方法对泰州市区34家医疗机构X射线影像诊断行为进行放射防护现状调查。结果 X射线机房及周围环境辐射水平检测合格率97.7%,放射工作人员个人剂量计佩戴率65.6%,建档率88.5%,职业健康建档率90.6%。结论提高放射卫生管理质量,必须强化相关法律法规培训,加大监督执法力度。
Objective To grasp the current status of medical diagnostic X-ray radiation protection in Taizhou City and provide evidence for improving the regulatory measures of radiation diagnosis and treatment. Methods Radiological protection status of X-ray imaging diagnosis of 34 medical institutions in Taizhou City was investigated. Results X-ray room and the surrounding environment radiation level detection pass rate of 97.7%, radiation staff personal dosimeter wear rate of 65.6%, archives rate of 88.5%, occupational health record rate of 90.6%. Conclusion To improve the quality of radiation health management, we must strengthen the training of relevant laws and regulations and intensify supervision and law enforcement.
