一、简介 该厂属机械行业,主要生产各种型号的精密仪表机床,全厂人数786人,其中从事高频作业人数为10人。 ZR—100型高频感应加热设备是全厂热处理的主要设备,主要用于机床配件的长轴类件的表面淬火。该设备功率100瓦,频率100—250赫芝。连续使用频繁已达20余年。由于长期使用,原有防护装置已不起作用,高频电磁场辐射严重,直接危害操作者的身体健康,同时对周围精密仪表干扰也很大。 二、调查及测定方法
