中国证监会新闻发言人今天对记者发表谈话指出.中国证监会将加大对上市公司的信息披露监管力度,依法对未按期披露中报或年报的上市公司进行处罚。这位发言人说,上市公司披露的信息是投资者鉴别公司质量、进行投资决策的基础,向投资者及时、真实、准确、完整地披露信息是上市公司的法定义务。中报或年报是对上市公司过去半年或一年的经营成果、财务状况及发展前景的详细描述,对投资者的决策有着至关重要的影响。根据《证券法》的

The spokesman said that the information disclosed by listed companies is the basis for investors to identify the quality of the company and make investment decisions.
