国有建筑工程企业廉政风险防控机制能够防范建筑工程企业的廉政风险,有助于规范企业运行,实现企业的廉洁度。国有建筑工程企业廉政风险防范要求预防为主,惩戒为辅,发挥防控机制的积极作用;狠抓党风,突出党组织在廉政防控机制建设中的作用;轮查整改廉政风险点,积极排除廉政隐患;同时还要落实责任到人,细化廉政规章。为了实现这些目标,应强化廉政教育,提升党员干部思想认识;推动透明管理,加强干部职工知情保障;落实廉政防控责任机制,廉政风险防控责任到人。
