结合运维工区当前的实际情况,分析运维人员在工作过程中主要存在的问题,并提出了新的学习方法,以提高运维人员适应新工作的能力。
Based on the current actual situation of operation and maintenance work area, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the operation and maintenance of operation and maintenance personnel and puts forward new learning methods to improve the ability of operation and maintenance personnel to adapt to new work.
