女性假两性畸形的治疗以行外生殖器整形手术为主。选择何种简单、有效、损伤小而又更符合生理功能的手术,是本文试图探讨的问题。现介绍一例利用肥大阴蒂皮瓣行阴道成形术并阴蒂切除术式,并讨论于下。患者刘×,23岁,未婚,因外阴部“异常”23年及从无月经来潮于1985年2月25日住院。检查:男性面容,皮肤粗糙,双乳房较平坦,心肺正常。阴毛呈男性分布,阻蒂肥大约3.5×1.5×1.5cm~2,状如阴茎,皮肤松驰,在阴蒂根部下正中1.5cm见尿道开口。女阴前庭充血,处女膜不完整。阴道通畅但仅能容纳一食指,长约10cm,顶端可触及发育较差的宫颈,质软,子宫后位,拇指大小,双侧附件
Treatment of female pseudohermaphroditism with external genital plastic surgery. Choose what kind of simple, effective, less damage and more in line with physiological functions of the surgery, this article is trying to explore the issue.
