随着社会上违法犯罪惊人的低龄化,法制教育在德育领域中的必要性显得尤为突出,而学生的违法犯罪特别是中职学生的违法犯罪是当今社会一种新的并且相当复杂的社会现象,其发生的原因涉及学生本人、家庭、学校、社会等方方面面。中职学校教育中是否实施科学的法制教育,如何使得法制教育在中职学校的教学中顺利开展,家庭各成员是否能对其进行积极的正面引导,社会特别是学生所处社区是否能为学生创造一种良好的环境,都决定着学生对法律法规以及社会公德的遵守状况。而在这些诸多影响学生的法律意识的因素中,法制教育所能带来的作用是相当巨大的但中职学校的法制教育中还存在这一些问题和不足,值得我们每一位老师去探索和完善。
