提出了基于位置敏感器件(PSD)的差动折射率测量方案,建立了数学模型,设计了传感探头结构,制作了原理样机。在反复实验的基础上,测定了盐度标定曲线,并对系统的稳定性和影响因素进行了测量,盐度检测的分辨率达到1.67‰,稳定性好于±1.25‰,温度和扰动引起的误差分别为0.038‰/℃和±2.58‰。对系统误差进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决办法。
A differential refractive index measurement scheme based on position sensitive device (PSD) was proposed. A mathematical model was established, the structure of the sensing probe was designed, and a prototype was fabricated. On the basis of repeated experiments, the salinity calibration curve was measured and the stability and influence factors of the system were measured.
