大企业集团有很多优势,但是大企业集团也有自己的劣势,就是通常讲的“大企业病”。什么叫“大企业病”?比如说管理层比较多,信息传达到基层就会失真、走样;比如说管理机构中,相互之间职责的划分不清楚,出现互相扯皮的现象;再比如说与小企业相比,大企业员工的工作积极性发挥难度就大一些,小企业的员工和董事长、总经理经常见面,董事长、总经理讲几句鼓励的话,他们的积极性就起来
