为了开发出一种高效率低比转数 (ns<70 )的蜗壳泵 ,总结了比转数ns=60时的两种试验结果 ,进行了叶轮设计和蜗壳设计的优化 ,并进行了新的试验 ,以揭示叶轮与蜗舌之间的流动干扰。结果表明 ,低比转数蜗壳泵不宜采用常规设计 ,进而提出了一种新的设计方法。
In order to develop a volute pump with high efficiency and low specific rotation (ns <70), two experimental results of specific rotation ns = 60 were summarized, and the design of impeller and volute design were optimized. New experiment to reveal flow disturbances between impeller and volute tongue. The results show that low specific speed spiral case pump should not adopt conventional design, and then put forward a new design method.
