在企业文化建设中,“以人为本”可以具体阐述为以心为本、以智为本、以和为本。对此不仅要上升到企业理念、价值的高度,而且应该赋予其可操作性,通过企业一系列有意识的行为加以体现,并作为领导和职工行为的指导模式。
In the building of enterprise culture, “people-oriented ” can be specifically described as the heart-centered, Chi-oriented and harmony-based. This should not only rise to the corporate philosophy, the value of the height, and should be given its operability, through a series of enterprise conscious behavior to be reflected and as a guide mode of leadership and employee behavior.
