目的总结强直性脊柱炎的临床特点,提高诊治水平。方法回顾性分析103例强直性脊柱炎患者的临床资料。结果强直性脊柱炎男性多发,30岁以前发病为主(74%),多以腰骶部疼痛为首发症状,关节外表现多见反复发作的虹膜炎。结论青年男性有虹膜炎病史,出现慢性腰骶疼痛者,骨盆正位片及HLA-B27阳性有助于早期诊断。
Objective To summarize the clinical features of ankylosing spondylitis and improve the diagnosis and treatment. Methods The clinical data of 103 patients with ankylosing spondylitis were retrospectively analyzed. Results Ankylosing spondylitis occurred frequently in men, with onset predominantly before the age of 30 (74%). Most of them were lumbosacral pain. The most common symptom was extra-articular recurrent iritis. Conclusion Young men have a history of iritis, chronic lumbosacral pain, pelvic orthoparasites and HLA-B27 positive help early diagnosis.
