本文报告用改进的 Denis-Browne 氏手术治疗尿道下裂105例,手术成功率87.62%。结合文献就本术式的适应范围和有关方法进行了讨论。
This article reports the use of improved Denis-Browne’s surgery in the treatment of hypospadias in 105 cases, the success rate of 87.62%. With the literature on the type of adaptation and related methods are discussed.
