纪念馆讲解的因人施讲,是指在陈列展览的讲解过程中,讲解员根据不同类型观众的不同特点和需求、不同接受能力,选择有针对性的讲解内容、讲解方式、讲解技巧的讲解实践,其核心是针对性。因人施讲既是讲解员的基本功,也是准确把握观众心理的一门学问。如何想观众之所想,讲观众之所爱,解观众之所惑,是因人施讲的核心与关键。下面结合自己的工作实践,从以下几方面谈一谈做好因人施讲的体会。
