中铝中州分公司是中国铝业股份有限公司的六大氧化铝生产企业之一,前身是国家在焦作市规划建设的大型铝工业基地中州铝厂。上世纪90年代初投产后,企业一直处于严重亏损的尴尬境地,其中固然有国家政策影响、包袱过重等因素,但管理水平低、资源利用率不高是造成投入产出比过高的主要原因。当时企业所采用的烧结法生产氧化铝工艺,因能源高、流程长、成本高而被业内人士称为“夕阳工艺”。因此,中铝中州分公司决定以降成本为重心,在科技、管理、群众性创新三个环节上下功夫。
Chinalco Zhongzhou Branch is one of the six alumina producers of Chalco, formerly known as Zhongzhou Aluminum Plant, a large aluminum industrial base planned and constructed by Jiaozuo City. Since the early 90s of last century, the enterprises have been in an awkward position of serious losses. Although there are some factors such as the influence of national policies and overloading, low management level and low utilization of resources are the main reasons for the high ratio of input-output the reason. At that time, the company adopted the sintering process alumina production process, due to high energy, long process, high cost and the industry is called “sunset process.” Therefore, Chinalco Zhongzhou Branch decided to reduce costs as the center, in science and technology, management, mass innovation in three areas work hard.
