目的了解云南省开远市不同场所,暗娼的高危行为特征及艾滋病病毒(HIV)和其他性传播疾病(STD)的感染状况。方法于2006年9-10月,对开远市所有娱乐场所的暗娼开展一次横断面调查。结果在调查的734人中,宾馆/酒店/夜总会暗娼(A类)占45.64%,卡拉OK厅/美容美发厅(B类)占42.51%,出租房/街头(C类)占11.85%。A、B和C三类暗娼最近1周的嫖客中位数分别为2个、4个和8个,最近1周与嫖客总是使用安全套的比例依次为94.93%、91.35%和41.38%。另外,A、B和C三类暗娼中HIV/STD的感染率也均呈现依次升高的趋势,HIV感染率分别为5.07%、15.71%、19.54%,尿吗啡阳性率依次为6.57%、26.60%和12.64%。结论开远市中、低档暗娼的嫖客数多,安全套使用率较低,吸毒现象严重,HIV/STD感染率较高,为当地艾滋病监测和干预的重点亚人群。
Objective To investigate the risk behaviors of sex workers and the prevalence of HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases (STD) in different places in Kaiyuan City, Yunnan Province. Methods From September to October 2006, a cross-sectional survey was conducted on commercial sex workers in all entertainment venues in Kaiyuan City. Results Among the 734 people surveyed, female sex workers (category A) accounted for 45.64% of all guesthouses / hotels / nightclubs, 42.51% of them were category karaoke hairdressing hairdressers (category B), and 11.85% were renting houses / street (category C). The median number of clients of A, B and C in the last week was 2, 4 and 8, respectively. In the last week, the proportion of clients who always used condoms was 94.93%, 91.35% and 41.38% respectively. In addition, the infection rates of HIV / STD among the three types of sex workers in A, B and C also tended to increase in turn, with HIV prevalence rates of 5.07%, 15.71% and 19.54% respectively. The positive rates of urinary morphine were 6.57% and 26.60 % And 12.64%. Conclusions The number of clients of low and middle class sex workers in Kaiyuan City is high, the condom use rate is low, drug abuse is serious and HIV / STD infection rate is high, which is the key sub-population for local AIDS surveillance and intervention.
