导师制是一种具有个性化、人性化教育特色的人才培养模式和教育教学管理制度。本文针对高等职业教育人才培养特点,结合导师制的核心与实质,从指导内容与指导方式、实施方法与培养要求、考核与评价及保障与建设四个方面阐述了构建具有高等职业教育特色导师制的主要做法。
