利用简便、快速和准确的生测方法，研究二氯乙酰二异丙胺作为安全剂对绿磺隆的解毒效果。选用东农小粒156玉米种子为指示作物，在黑暗条件下于26℃和33℃培养箱中培养72h，玉米的根长、根干重、芽长和芽干重与安全剂的浓度呈直线关系。证明二氯乙酰二异丙胺能保护玉米克受绿磺隆的药害。
The detoxification of chlorsulfuron with dichloroacetyldiisopropylamine as safener was studied by simple, rapid and accurate bioassay. The selection of Dongnong small grain 156 maize seeds as the indicator crop under the dark conditions at 26 ℃ and 33 ℃ incubator for 72h, the corn root length, root dry weight, bud length and shoot dry weight and safe concentration of a linear relationship . It is proved that dichloroacetyl diisopropylamine can protect corn from phytotoxicity of chlorsulfuron.
