目的比较3种不同来源老鹳草药材中无机元素含量及分析其与土壤中无机元素的相关性。方法对3种不同来源老鹳草药材及根迹土壤中16种无机元素含量进行测定,所得数据用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。并从元素组学的角度建立药材无机元素特征谱。结果 3种不同来源老鹳草药材与土壤中无机元素含量整体呈正相关;采用ANOVA法及Kruskal-Wallis检验法得出3种不同来源老鹳草药材中所测无机元素除了Cu和Hg以外,其他14种差异均有统计学意义;通过Bayes判别分析得到的3种不同来源老鹳草药材的Fisher线性判别函数可用于鉴别3种不同来源老鹳草药材。结论 3种不同来源老鹳草药材主要通过主动吸收调控无机元素的含量;3种不同来源老鹳草药材中无机元素含量存在差异。
Objective To compare the contents of inorganic elements in geranium from three different sources and to analyze their correlation with inorganic elements in soil. Methods The contents of 16 inorganic elements in three different sources of geranium and rhizosphere soil were determined. The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. In addition, the characteristic spectrum of inorganic elements in medicinal plants was established from the perspective of elemental study. Results The contents of inorganic elements in geranium were positively correlated with the content of inorganic elements in geranium from three different sources. The ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis test showed that except for Cu and Hg, the inorganic elements in the geraniums from three different sources Fourteen differences were statistically significant. The Fisher linear discriminant function of three different provenances of geranium obtained by Bayes discriminant analysis could be used to identify geranium from three different sources. CONCLUSION: Geranium officinalis from three different sources controlled the content of inorganic elements mainly through active absorption. The contents of inorganic elements in geranium from three different sources were different.
