目的探索研究赣南麦饭石吸附力的测定方法,优化测定条件,建立紫外-可见分光光度法测定赣南麦饭石的吸附力。方法以0.02%亚甲蓝溶液为评价指标,在一定量的麦饭石细粉中定量加入亚甲蓝溶液,振摇吸附后,取不加麦饭石的空白样品同法操作,通过对比同浓度亚甲蓝溶液不经吸附和吸附后的吸光度,计算吸附力。结果亚甲蓝溶液的浓度为0.4μg/ml~4.0μg/ml时,呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8);精密度试验(RSD为0.14%)、重复性试验(RSD为1.5%)符合测定要求;测定溶液在8 h内稳定。结论利用亚甲蓝作为评价物质测定麦饭石的吸附力,简单、快捷、安全性好,经方法学验证,线性、精密度、稳定性、专属性及重复性满足方法要求,本法可用于赣南麦饭石吸附力的测定。
Objective To explore the determination of the adsorption capacity of Maifan stone in Gannan, optimize the determination conditions, and establish the UV - Vis spectrophotometry to determine the adsorption capacity of Maifan stone in Gannan.
